Our cancellation policy
We understand there can be unforeseen circumstances, however request 24 hours notice for cancellation. Cancellations received more than 24 hours in advance are cancelled without charge. Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of booked service charged. Failure to show: 100% of booked service charged.

Confirmation Policy
Our appointments must be confirmed by way of credit card payment, gift certificate number and promotional vouchers. We will confirm your appointment 24 hours prior with a phone call. Please inform our receptionist of any special requests prior to your booking and arrival.
